The Fife Coastal Path stretches for 150km from North Queensferry in the south to the Tay Bridge in the north and offers spectacular sea views, craggy cliff tops, expansive sandy beaches, quaint fishing villages, abundant wildlife and historic sites. The sights along the way are quite breathtaking and before you know it you've walked 10 miles without realising it and have enjoyed every minute. After a day of walking we like to have dinner in one of the many seafood restaurants on offer. Nothing compares to a plate of freshly caught local seafood...delicious. However, we sometimes prefer to eat al-fresco from the Lobster Shack by the harbour front in Crail. The charming village of Crail features in the first two clips. Elie beach is next with its expanse of golden sand. We have walked on this beach many times and in all weathers and never fail to feel invigorated. Finally the spectacular ruins of the 13th century St Andrews Castle clinging onto the rocky coastline.
